By the way, here is a little something that I think you need to know about yourself and your performance, Lary. You are hands down, by far, the best recruiter that i have ever worked with. Let me tell you why. You weren't some stranger on the other end of the line like the others. You got involved, asked questions, threw out words of encouragement or suggestions. You left me feeling like I knew you and we've actually never even met. That's not an easy thing to accomplish.
Oh-and one other thing-I know this is going to sound totally cheesy because it sounds like something people say in a relationship. But, you were the last person I spoke to before my interview began, and the first person after. You were like my number one fan sitting in my corner- rooting me on!
