OR JOB-SEEKERS: Sending your resume creates no obligation on the part of Recruiting Plus, LLC, no client relationship with Recruiting Plus, LLC, and no guarantee on the part of Recruiting Plus, LLC.
FOR COMPANIES: In the event that you hire any job-seeker whose resume or information is provided to you by Recruiting Plus, LLC, regardless of the existence of a contract between you and Recruiting Plus, LLC or confirmation of receipt of said resume or information, Recruiting Plus, LLC is entitled to 100% of its fee for said hire. Any request for resumes or job-seeker information shall constitute an effective agreement to pay a fee to Recruiting Plus, LLC for any employee-hire that results from said request.
